Jon Paul Gallery at Lake Tahoe
About two weeks ago I had the great pleasure to meet Jon Paul - the owner of Jon Paul Gallery located at South Lake Tahoe.
Jon Paul's work is nothing short of breaktaking, especially when you are in his gallery viewing images that are some 40 to 60 inches in dimension!
I bought his coffee table book, Visions of Lake Tahoe, and truly enjoyed viewing the imagery and reading the stories of their creation.
The next time you are in South Lake, stop by and see Jon Paul for a healthy dose of inspiration!

Get ready for a monster post!
Last month I got together with several other talented Lake Tahoe & Reno area photographers. We all met up at Mi Casa Too and had a blast hanging out with each other talking shop and life!

So for our February get together we headed up to Christa Hoffarth's Studio for an awesome time of fun and hanging out. Photographers there were Aaron Underwood, Trevor & Tourine Johnstone, Michael Imus, Gary Robison, and Karen Linsley - all great photographers and friends!

He Calls Them By Name
I took this image about a quarter mile away from my home a few nights ago. The heavens have always captivated me even since I was young. This night was no exception.
Psalm 147:4 comes to mind as I view this image - "He counts the number of the stars;He calls them all by name."

Dayton Valley Golf & Country Club Bridal & Prom Expo
A few months ago I was invited to attend the Dayton Valley Golf & Country Club (DVCC) Bridal Show. I did and ended up meeting a lot of great local wedding vendors including Carson City Florist, Gary Robison, A Beautiful Bride, Sweet Sensations, and many others!
DVCC has just announced their Bridal & Prom Expo which is scheduled for March 9th! I designed their promotional flyer and will be their official photographer for the event, including the fashion show!
There's going to be a ton of prizes from all the vendors (including me) and of course, lots of food and other goodies. So come out and join us on March 9th at the Dayton Valley Golf & Country Club from 1pm - 4pm!
