John-Paul & Marissa - Sand Harbor Wedding (Lake Tahoe)
To date, John-Paul and Marissa's wedding is the most intimate wedding I have photographed in 10+ years of my career. Including the minister and myself, there were eight of us present for their special day!
Another record they earned is they have to be one of the most in-love couples I have even met. I think their love, combined with the intimate style of their wedding, enabled me to capture a very unique feel in their images.
John-Paul & Marissa - it was such a joy to celebrate with you! I hope you enjoyed your honeymoon in Europe and I look forward to catching up with you soon.
Such a beautiful location for a ceremony
Right after being pronounced husband and wife
Time to celebrate!
John-Paul has such a cool look
I don't think Marissa stopped smiling the whole afternoon
Now that's some flare!
One of my favorite detail images

Kris & Shar - Sundara Wedding (Virginia)
Wow, time flies when you're busy and having fun! I've been keeping a list of everything I want to blog about and as of this morning there are about 15 posts that I need to catch up on. Now if I can just find the time!
Okay, enough about that. On May 31st I had the honor of photographing Kris & Shar's celebration in Virginia, at wonderful Sundara. As always, Patty is a fantastic host...it's always a pleasure to photograph there.
The weather was calling for thunderstorms most of the day, but we were blessed with great weather. On to the images!
Shar and her ladies
Kris and his men
She has to be one of the cutest flower girls!
This was cool - pictures of Shar and Kris were displayed all along the ceremony area!
Kris and Shar are well liked...standing room only!
I love this image

Bill & Michelle - Lake Tahoe Wedding
Bill & Michelle's wedding images are somewhat miraculous. On May 24th, the weather was absolutely miserable at Lake Tahoe. There was rain, snow, and even hail in some parts of the area.
On the way up to their wedding I prayed and asked God for a one hour break in the weather. That's all I needed - one hour! After their ceremony, it was still snowing outside, but Bill and Michelle decided they were going to have fun no matter what!
So we all got in the limo bus and headed out to Sand Harbor, all the while it was still raining and snowing. We pulled into the parking lot, and as we are getting out, the weather lets up! No kidding - we were able to photograph the family members, the bridal party, and Bill and Michelle. The sun even came out for a very short while!
After we were done, we stepped back on the bus and turned on to Highway 50. Less than a minute later it started up with heavy rain again...I got the hour I prayed for!
Thanks again to Bill and Michelle for having such an awesome attitude the whole day. Enjoy your images!
You can even see a little snow in the air in this image

They both had such great expressions!

Kim & Mike's Wedding in Las Vegas, the Palazzo and Venetian Hotels
From the moment that I talked with Kim I knew we were a great match. She and Mike have the most magnetic personalities and it was truly an honor to capture their wedding! They (and their friends and families) came all the way from Deleware to enjoy Las Vegas.
Kim got ready in a beautiful suite in the fabulous Palazzo Resort, where the ceremony was as well. After that the guests headed to Wolfgang Puck's amazing restaurant, Postrio.
Then we had loads of fun...I took Michael & Kim all over the Palazzo and Venetian properties and had an absolute blast with them! They are such a loving couple with so much expression that it was impossible to take a bad image.
This post wouldn't be complete without thanking my friend Michael Imus for being my second shooter. It was definitely a memorable trip with you along buddy! Enough chatting...on to the images!
Isn't Kim's ring amazing?!
Just a touch of Dolce & Gabbana
One last look...I LOVE this image!
Michael ensuring us that he's not trying to sneak a peak
The beautiful couple!
All though I definitely shot some fashion images, most of the time was spent laughing!
I love the passion in this one
Leah and I agree that Michael reminds us of at least three different celebrities...wanna guess who?
Another one of my favorites!
This huge waterfall is inside the Palazzo...it makes a great background
Looooove this one
With his good looks Michael sure could be a celebrity!
Beautiful couple + Venetian tower + blue skies = perfection
Michael & Kim, thanks again for choosing me! I loved celebrating with you.

Michael
